 2 lb ground beef
 1 c  chopped onion
 1 c  carrots diced
 1 c  celery diced
 (various vegetables to your liking)
 1 1/2 c  corn fresh or canned
 2    garlic cloves minced
 1    salt & pepper to taste
 1/2 ts nutmeg
 8 oz beef broth
 2 tb buttermixed with
 2 tb flour
 2 lb potatoes cooked and mashed

Cook beef in frying pan until brown. Add onions, corn , carrots, green/red peppers, celery, garlic, salt & pepper and nutmeg. Lower heat and cook for ten minutes For until vegetables are tender. You can do a variety of vegetables according to your liking. Add beef broth and bring to boil. Stir in enough butter/flour roue to make a thick gravy to bind the filling. Pour into a large shallow baking pan and cool. Cover the meat mixture in the pan with the corn and then the mashed potatoes, smooth potatoes evenly, brush surface with butter. Bake at 300 F for 35 - 40 minutes.
